Pittman Supply Company (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates pittmansupply.com and the Texas Bath & Kitchen showroom in Carrollton, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it.

- Order and account information — what you ordered, job names, purchase orders, delivery addresses and account status

- Appointment information — details you provide when booking time with a showroom designer

- To take, prepare and deliver your orders
- To quote pricing and source items we do not stock

- To open and administer credit and COD accounts
- To schedule and confirm showroom appointments

Text messaging
You can send orders and questions to our counter by text. We use text messaging to confirm orders, tell you when something is ready for pick up, and answer questions during business hours.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with or obtained from any third parties.
Consent, frequency and cost
You opt in by texting us or by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted. Message frequency varies depending on your orders and enquiries. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages from us. Reply HELP for assistance, or call the counter on 972-242-7900. Opting out of texts does not affect your account or your ability to order by phone, email or in person.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your information. We share it only where it is needed to do business with you:
- Service providers who operate systems on our behalf, such as our messaging platform, appointment booking and credit application providers. They may only use the information to provide that service to us.
- Manufacturers and suppliers where needed to source, warranty or ship a product for your order.
- Where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, property or safety.
As stated above, mobile information and text messaging consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
