Open to the public. An in house design center inside the Carrollton branch, with a designer on site, working bidet units and hands on displays. You do not need an account or a contractor to come in.

Homeowners are welcome to walk in during showroom hours, same as builders and designers. Come and look, ask questions, and take pricing away with you. If you are working with a contractor we will happily coordinate with them, and if you are not, that is fine too.
Turn it on before you spec it.
Photos only get you so far. Our displays are live, so you can feel the handle, see the finish under real light, run a TOTO washlet, and compare two faucets side by side instead of guessing from a catalog page.
We work with homeowners, builders, remodelers and designers. Bring the plans, bring the client, or bring a phone full of screenshots. Our designers will help narrow it down, check that everything works together, and get the order to the counter.
Appointments are recommended but not required. Walk ins are always welcome during counter hours.

We are a TOTO certified showroom, and our bidet units are plumbed and powered on the floor. That matters more than it sounds. Almost nobody buys their first washlet from a photograph, and the questions people actually have are about warm water, seat temperature, the dryer and the remote. Come press the buttons.
